Policies
& Information
- Additional guest policy: room rates are based on double occupancy. For additional guests over two per room, add $20 per guest per night.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival for a refund less $25. 00 fee. If cancellation is made in less then 14 days you may be responsible for the entire stay unless room(s) can be rented.
We do not refund for partial cancellation or early departure.
- Gift certificates and promotions: In order for us to honor promotions and gift certificates issued by Select Registry or any other source, they must be indicated when you book your reservation.
- No children
under 12 years old.
- No pets
allowed.
- No smoking
anywhere in the inn.
- All rates
are subject to state of Maine taxes.
